At Bluffton Art Company LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality artwork, handcrafted products, and exclusive events. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom orders and commissioned pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Event Tickets
All ticket sales for events, workshops, and classes hosted by Bluffton Art Company LLC are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest or used for another upcoming class, but we do not offer refunds or for missed events.
Digital Downloads & Gift Cards
All digital products and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
